Lyn Hejinian, American poet, essayist, translator, and publisher, renowned for her avant-garde contributions and her role among the Language poets, left our world on Sunday, 25 Feb 2024. Her work, especially "My Life," has been a cornerstone in contemporary literature, showcasing her distinctive narrative style and voice. Through her essays and poetry, Lyn Hejinian pushed the boundaries of language and thought, challenging conventional forms and introducing new possibilities into the literary landscape.
We are saddened by her loss, and we celebrate the poet's life and work. On Tuesday February 27th, Dada Literary Café will tribute Lyn Hejinian.
