Rute Ventura is a Portuguese multidisciplinary visual artist based in New York City. Her art explores identity, reflecting her self-journey, paying close attention to thoughts and conscious awareness. Allowing ideas to navigate through her intuitive creative process, transforming them into paintings, moving images, performance art, or words, in a poetic language. Concurrently, Ventura’s work evokes a surrealistic, existentialist aesthetic, blending physical, emotional, and subconscious sensations boldly and symbolically.
Hans Young Binter is an American pianist and composer based in New York City, working within the city’s vibrant creative music scene in addition to collaborations across musical styles and artistic disciplines. Their work is rooted in the practice of improvisation, and centers itself upon core elements of music making such as conversation and ritual.
