Environs returns to DADA with a special edition celebrating the release of rain enough, by Leftpop, on cassette from New Memento.
There will be zines. There will be tapes. There will be a special duo set with Leftpop on keys and saxophonist Kate Mohanty, electronic excursions from modular wizard Newt Pal (whose handmade windchimes will grace the backyard), and layers of goodness from Daniel Klag, a gentle scientist of musical and environmental sounds. Through it all and ending us off are the incomparable stylings of paper gem, producer and DJ bringing a fresh fusion of beats, lyricism, and abstraction.
